For indie authors, that kind of support is pure gold. We rely on passionate readers, generous book bloggers who host interviews or spotlights, and the wonderful reviewers who take the time to share their thoughts. And while all of that helps tremendously, sometimes… it’s still not quite enough.
I’ve been marketing the heck out of my books, but I’m just one person juggling all the promoting, posting, emailing, and advertising. (No complaints—just facts!) It’s incredibly time-consuming, and every hour spent shouting into the social-media void is an hour I’m not writing new stories for you to enjoy. Most days, I feel like a medium fish splashing around in a very enormous pond. And doing it all solo? Definitely not easy.
